Take your iPhone to the gym with you (or to wherever you're working out in your house) and ALL your workouts are at the tips of your fingers!
My biggest challenge has always been WHAT CAN I EAT?? That's my biggest pet peeve! But, with the My Fit U app, there are TONS of suggested meal plans. Adding in healthy eating habbits to a workout created for your goal will help you achieve it faster!
