The St Jude Dream Home is located within the Westhaven community off of HWY 96 West in Franklin. This year's house is once again being built by Southern Land Company. When finished the house will be over 3,800 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a bonus room, formal dining room, study, family room, and breakfast area. The home also has a 3 car garage and will be equipped with a number of environmentally friendly and energy efficient features.
